Definately not a great decision. I don't think it should matter what standard of netball you play, so long as you can play. Netball is a great way for many girls and women to let out their frustrations competitively and to keep fit. Now Netball SA is denying this to a lot of people just because they don't fit into their box of what they think a "good" netballer is. That's not fair in my opinion.
I'm not a netball player - I have played hockey and cricket previously. Its just the whole concept that they are trying to make it a 'buisness' rather than getting people out and active. There is a lot of debate around people's increasing inactivities levels, people are buging houses with smaller yards and therefore less space at home to play in and a lot of councils are selling off land as well that was previously used for active stuff..I just think it's wrong.
